The next step is to install the GPU. The GPU is to be installed directly under the CPU socket in one of the PCI-E ports. First, remove the relevant I/O shield that corresponds to the PCI-E port you wish to install the GPU on.
With the GPU PCB facing up and its fans facing downwards, install the GPU into its respectful port very similarly like how the RAM was installed. The only difference is the GPU must also be secured to an I/O port, hence why the I/O shield was first removed. Once the GPU is seated, install the shield back onto the I/O port to secure the GPU into place.
